Hi, I'm Jennifer, the Office Manager. I am also a licensed agent. Bob is not only my boss, he is also my dad! State Farm has been an integral part of my life since I was born. I've been working for my Dad since 1990. I graduated from Owensboro High School in 1990 (GO DEVILS!) & I went on to study at the University of Kentucky (GO CATS!), earning my BA in Business Administration in 1994.
In November I will celebrate 25 years of marriage with my husband, Mike. He is a Master Plumber, and we own & operate Rickard Plumbing here in Owensboro. Together we have raised our two beautiful boys, Beau and Will. Beau has autism and is the light of our family. Beau graduated from OHS in 2023 and is enjoying his time after high school by attending Puzzle Pieces. Will is a 2025 graduate of OHS and is now attending Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Ohio on a golf scholarship. Will was an active member of the OHS Varsity Golf, Basketball, and Baseball teams, as well as the National Honor Society. He celebrated a Baseball State Championship at the KY Junior American Legion tournament in Lexington 2023, and a Senior American Legion state championship in 2025, as a member of the Owensboro American Legion Post 9 Bombers! Our family serves our community in many facets, and we attend OCC.
Before transitioning to Office Manager for Bob, I gained experience with State Farm as an auto adjuster, just like Bob. We believe this greatly helps our office better serve our customers. I look forward to meeting new customers and continuing to serve our current insureds. Give me a call today!
